Logging in for the first time?

Use your email address then click the “Lost your password” link. If you don’t have an email address registered with us, or your email address is not recognised, contact us using the form at the bottom of this page with your name, membership number and the email address you wish to use.

I don’t have an account

  • If you are a member of the Cumbrian Railways Association but don’t have an account, please contact us using the form at the bottom of this page with your name, membership number and the email address you wish to use.
  • If you are not a member, you only need an account if you wish to buy from our Shop or want to join our mailing list. You’ll use your email address to register. (If you have more than one email address, please make a note of which you’ve used). Remember to use the “Register” section.
  • Or you might like to consider becoming a member!

I’m not sure if I have an account

If you’re not sure whether you have an account, you can check by trying to register a new account, using the email address you would have used to create an account.

  • If you haven’t already created an account with that email address, a new account will be created for you and you’ll receive a notification email (please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t receive one).
  • If you already have an account and try to create another one using the same email address you will get an error message. In this case, login using the email address and, if necessary, follow the instructions for having forgotten/lost your password.

Remember to use the “Register” section.

I get an error message when I try to register

If you try to register but see this error message “Error: An account is already registered with your email address. Please log in.“, it means you already have an account registered to that email address.

  • You should log in with that email address (using the “Login” section).
  • If you can’t remember your password, just click the “Lost your password?” link and enter the email address you use for the account. You’ll be sent an email with instructions. (You may need to check your junk or spam folder.)

I’ve forgotten my password

If you’ve forgotten your password, click the “Lost your password?” link.
You’ll be sent an email. Just follow the instructions to reset your password. (You may have to look in your spam or junk folder.)

Lost your password?

I want to manage my account and/or review my purchases

If you already have an account and want to update your details or review your purchases, you first need to Login. Once you are logged in, from your account dashboard (follow the Membership\Member’s Area\My Account menu links) you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.

Remember to use the “Login” section.
